Can I receive payments in my preferred currency?

Yes. You can set your desired currency in UnumPay’s configuration settings.
Tip: Make sure your selected payment provider also supports that currency before enabling it.

Can I accept payments directly through UnumPay?

 Yes, you can. However, you’ll need a valid merchant account. Once your account is approved, simply add your merchant credentials inside the UnumPay app to start accepting payments.

I’m getting an “Invalid Request” error at checkout. How can I fix this?

This usually means your merchant account credentials are incorrect or incomplete. Please recheck the details you entered in the UnumPay app and update them to resolve the issue.

Which payment providers are supported?

UnumPay supports leading global and regional payment gateways including PayTabs, Checkout.com, Stripe, Paymob, and more.

Can I reconcile payments from multiple gateways?

Yes. UnumPay provides reconciliation reports for up to 7 days. To use this feature, enable Reconciliation Reports in the advanced settings of your application.

How can I view rejected transaction details?

 All rejected transactions can be viewed in:

  • The Transaction Module inside UnumPay.

  • Your payment provider’s merchant account dashboard.

Yes. The UnumPay dashboard gives you a unified view of your store’s performance, including:

  • Total transactions

  • Success rates
